Born from a shared vision and a passion for saving lives, our journey began with the coming together of two worlds medicine and aerospace engineering.As a radiologist, I understand the critical importance of timely medical care. My husband, an aerospace engineer, brings the expertise and precision of aviation. Our Vision
ICU-equipped aircraft, a doctor and critical care nurse on every journey, and a coordinator on the line 24/7.
We arrange ground ambulances, home doctor visits, hospital admission, insurance paperwork and customs clearance, so that the patients care continues without interruption. We also confirm coverage with the insurer before departure.
Each aircraft carries ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, oxygen supply and defibrillators. Neonatal incubators are available on request for newborns and premature infants. A doctor and nurse stay with every patient.
Dedicated case coordinators are available by telephone, email and message at all hours. Bases in Chennai and Dubai enable a faster response across South Asia, the Middle East and beyond.
Our air medical service holds current accreditation and a clean safety record, and hospitals and families nationwide rely on us with their most critical patients, on every journey we undertake.

Our Founder
During my medical career, I witnessed how the high cost of air ambulance services could become a barrier to life-saving patient transfers, particularly to the North-East of India.
This experience inspired a vision - to make emergency medical transportation more accessible and affordable. Together with my husband, an aerospace engineer, we combined our expertise in medicine and aviation to establish Crimson X India.
Our mission is simple: to bridge distances, overcome barriers, and bring critically ill patients closer to the care they deserve - across India and beyond.
